The Thrive Regional Infrastructure Portal (TRIP) won the Early Innovator Award from the Chattanooga Technology Council (ChaTech), the membership-supported professional association representing the region’s technology community.

The TechX awards recognize and celebrate the skills, innovation, and determination of local technology businesses, projects, and people in the greater Chattanooga area.

The Early Innovator Award honors a technology-based innovator from an existing or emerging company. The innovation is a prototype product, a new process, or an early-stage software application with the potential for a significant competitive advantage or groundbreaking disruption in its field.

The Thrive Regional Infrastructure Portal (TRIP) is a geospatial data portal that is the first of its kind to integrate information from across three states (Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee) that are critical corridors of the southeastern supply chain network. The resulting research is a resource to several sectors in the 16-county region and beyond, including the logistics and manufacturing industries, public leaders, and educational institutions that have supply chain and transportation professional programs.

Kudos to Shannon Millsaps, our Senior Director of Programs for Transportation & Infrastructure, for this well-deserved recognition!
