Brian Beaulieu

Brian serves as the Project Coordinator for Thrive Regional Partnership’s Resilient Communities program. In this role, he facilitates collaborative efforts to support community planning, ensuring long-term vitality, adaptability, and responsible growth throughout Thrive’s tri-state region.

Prior to joining the Thrive team, Brian honed his skills in both academia and the nonprofit sector. In his career, he has built a robust foundation in GIS, data analysis, grants management, and partner relationship development. Passionate about the intersection of data, place, and people, Brian is dedicated to using evidence-based tools to empower local leaders and stakeholders, fostering regional collaborations that drive meaningful community outcomes.

When not in the office, Brian’s life revolves around his daughter and his love for soccer.  You’ll often find him playing on a local pitch, supporting Chattanooga’s CFC, or cheering for Liverpool FC. He also plays guitar at his local church and enjoys seeking out new recipes to master in the kitchen.
